The main difference between Chemin-de-Fer and “normal” Baccarat is that the banker must always pass on the “shoe” when he/she loses a hand. Mini Baccarat

Private Baccarat gives the banker the choice to deal you two hands. You can then choose to play one or both hands – this is called a Chavel.
