• In 1873 the Englishman Joseph Jaggers, with a team of six clerks, took advantage of a flaw in one of the Roulette wheels at the Monte Carlo Casino and won £165,000. This amount was the equivalent of millions of £’s today. It must be noted that a few years later another famous gambler – Charles Wells – hit the same casino and also walked away with thousands of £’s. It’s amazing to think a casino could get hit twice like this.
• Gonzalo Garcia-Pedayo is a more recent famous Roulette Player. He has been featured on a recent TV program called Breaking Vegas - The Roulette Assault. In 1990 he studied the roulette wheels at the Casino De Madrid and applied the same system he developed to Roulette Tables across Europe and America. He eventually raked in millions through very clever betting strategies.
• In 2004, London resident Ashley Revell took his life savings of $136,000 to Las Vegas and placed his entire worth on Red in a double-or-nothing bet. The ball landed on Red 7 and he walked out of the casino with $272,000.
